Heart House Training

Our 6–9 group is all about building a strong foundation through play. We focus on confidence, coordination, and basic skills in a way that keeps kids moving and smiling the whole session.
With ball hockey, soccer, and team games, children learn the essentials—dribbling, passing, shooting, stickhandling, and simple game awareness—through fun drills and small-sided games that make learning feel natural.

No matter your child’s starting level, we create lots of “I can do this!” moments. Kids stay active, make friends, and leave each week feeling proud of their effort and improvement.

Our 10–12 group adds more challenge, strategy, and game understanding—without losing the fun. We work on stronger fundamentals, faster decision-making, and teamwork through structured skill work and competitive (but supportive) gameplay.

In ball hockey, we build stick control, passing under pressure, shooting technique, and positioning. In soccer, we focus on ball control, first touch, passing combinations, and game awareness. Team games round it out with high-energy activities that improve speed, agility, communication, and leadership.

Whether your child is new to sport or already loves to compete, they’ll stay active, grow confidence, and level up their skills in an environment where effort is celebrated and progress is always the goal.
